Founded in 2012 by a small team of property enthusiasts who believed the rental market deserved better, fern-trail emerged from a simple observation: finding a quality rental property in London had become an impersonal, transactional experience.
We set out to change that. Rather than treating property search as a numbers game, we chose to build genuine relationships with both landlords and tenants. This approach meant growing more slowly than our competitors, but it allowed us to develop something far more valuable—trust.
Today, our portfolio includes some of London's most desirable addresses, many of which are available exclusively through our network. Property owners choose to work with us because they know we will find tenants who will cherish their homes. Tenants choose us because they know we will never waste their time with unsuitable properties.
